Boaz is a village in Richland County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 137 at the 2000 census. Boaz is located at 43°19′51″N 90°31′38″W / 43.33083°N 90.52722°W / 43.33083; -90.52722 (43.330793, -90.527280). According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.4 square miles (0.9 km²), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 137 people, 64 households, and 41 families residing in the village. The population density was 383.2 people per square mile (146.9/km²). There were 67 housing units at an average density of 187.4/sq mi (71.9/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.27% White and 0.73% Native American.
