On July 31 2005, its look was updated, with a new logo and the new slogan "Great TV Anytime".
It was owned and operated by XYZnetworks until October 1, 2007 when management and programming were taken over by Foxtel., with XYZ Networks still retaining ownership.
In April 2008, Foxtel announced its intent to re-brand its presentation, following an alignment with Bravo Media in the US. Arena utilises the Bravo slogan "Watch What Happens" and has access to Bravo-produced products.
