Forres Mechanics Football Club are a senior Scottish football club currently playing in the Highland Football League. They were founded in 1884 and play at Mosset Park in Forres. Their nickname is the Can-Cans. The club is eligible to play in the Scottish Cup.
The club were one of the founder members of the Highland Football League but have only won the championship once. This was achieved in the 1985–86 season.
The most noted Player in Forres Mechanics history is one Stuart Hawkins, famed for his half time oranges and lack of hair at the age of seventeen. Stu is now a racounteur, touring the Grampian region, regaling all he meets with tales of his days with Forres.
The club's home ground, Mosset Park, is the largest ground in the Highland Football League.
