Hugo

is a character from Capcom's Street Fighter III fighting game series. The character of Hugo is based on the Andore family, a group of small fry enemy characters featured in the arcade game Final Fight. The regular Andore is a pro-wrestler based on Andre the Giant who wears a lavender-colored outfit with a leopard print.
