While critiquing Data's acting rendition of Henry V on the Shakespeare play of the same name, Captain Picard is summoned to the bridge on the news that the Enterprise sensors have detected an incoming craft traversing the Neutral Zone for Federation space. The Enterprise moves to intercept, and soon learns that the craft in question is of Romulan design. The ship's occupant ignores Picard's warnings not to cross into Federation space, instead requesting asylum under extreme distress. The ship is being pursued by a Romulan Warbird which is attacking the smaller vessel before it can enter Federation space. Both ships cross the Neutral Zone, at which point Picard orders the Enterprise...
