The Province of Rome (Italian: Provincia di Roma), is a province and the metropolitan area of Rome in the Lazio region of Italy, with an area of 5,352 km², and a total population of 4,053,779 residents (2007) in 121 comuni (singular: comune), see Comuni of the Province of Rome.
