Tooth and Claw is a fantasy novel written by Jo Walton and published by Tor Books in 2003. It won the World Fantasy Award for Best Novel in 2004.
The book is a Victorian romance in which the protagonists are not human beings but dragons. Aside from that one small detail, everything evolves as you would expect it would in a novel like Anthony Trollope's Framley Parsonage.
