Stair Park is a public park in the town of Stranraer in South West Scotland. It is owned by Dumfries & Galloway Council, and is just off the South side of London Road in the town, opposite the 'transit camp', which hosts football, rugby and hockey pitches, and is home to Wigtownshire RFC and Stranraer and Rhins Agricultural Show. The park features a bandstand, all weather tennis & netball courts, skatepark, football pitch and a football stadium.
Stair Park Football Ground is home to Scottish Second Division side, Stranraer F.C.. It has a capacity of 5,600 and 1,800 is made of seated covering. The ground was opened in 1907. The pitch size is 110 yards x 70 yards.
There isn't normally segregation at Stranraer matches but just in case there are 2,000 places for away fans. And when there is no segregation away fans normally settle down in the Coo Shed. There are refreshment kiosks for everyone at the ground.
