Upon his return to Galactica, Chief Tyrol discovers that Galactica-Boomer is indeed a Cylon agent who tried to kill Commander Adama. Tigh suspects that Tyrol could be working with her, and has him arrested and thrown in her cell. Although she is relieved and overjoyed to see him, he can barely control his disgust and anger at her.
Cally demands Baltar help Tyrol or she will tell the truth about Crashdown. Likewise, Tigh demands to know why Baltar passed Galactica-Boomer with the Cylon Detector. Baltar explains her test was preliminary and that he was still working out flaws in the design....
