Frank Sullivan (Franklin Starbuck Sullivan) (June 16, 1896, St. Paul, Minnesota – September 30, 1972, Woodland Hills, California) was a film editor who began his work in the 1920s. He worked on such films as "Fury" (1936), "Babes in Arms" (1939), "The Philadelphia Story" (1940) and "Woman of the Year" (1942).
He received an Academy Award nomination in 1948 for his work on "Joan of Arc".
