The Middletown Township Public School District is a comprehensive community public school district that serves students from kindergarten through twelfth grade from Middletown Township in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States.
As of the 2005-06 school year, the district's 17 schools had an enrollment of 10,242 students and 757.8 classroom teachers (on a FTE basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 13.5.
The district consists of seventeen public schools, with a student population of more than 10,000. There are two four-year high schools, three middle schools (Grade 6-8), and twelve K-5 elementary schools. Four elementary schools feed into each of the three middle schools. The facilities vary in age, architecture, size, and student population. Schools in the district (with 2005-06 enrollment data from the National Center for Education Statistics) are:

In October 2006, the Board of Education of the Middletown Township Public School District voted on a random drug testing procedure that would require all students in extracurricular activities or with a parking space at either High School to submit their name to a pool
