D. Richard Hipp (born April 9, 1961) is best known on the internet as the architect and primary author of SQLite. He and his wife, Ginger G. Wyrick, currently live and work in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also authored Lemon LALR parser and CVSTrac. CVSTrac became the inspiration for Trac. He is also a member of the Tcl core team.
