Three entirely different music videos were filmed for "You're Not Alone". One version is set largely in a public restroom, a second version has the band members appearing in spectral forms in a hotel room, and a third version is a montage of the band members in dark, moody urban settings.
In 2009 the song was sampled by Tinchy Stryder on the track You're Not Alone from his second album Catch 22.
German dance producer ATB (André Tanneberger) covered the song and released it as a single in 2002.
