"Red Fired Up" is an episode of That '70s Show. Eric and Red bond at work until Red fires an employee they both make fun of, and Kelso bravely risks Red's wrath by openly dating Laurie. Eric thinks something is up at work when Red compliments him on a job well done. Earl, a previous co-worker from the plant, shows up late and says his dog got hit by a car. Red points out he used that excuse on Tuesday too and let's him off. Eric cracks a joke about Earl and to his surprise Red finds it very funny. At dinner Red & Eric are bonding nicely cracking jokes about Earl. The next morning Earl shows up late again and Red tells Eric to leave the room because he is going to fire Earl then yells at him for about fifteen minutes.
