Dragonfly (Veronica Dultry) is a fictional supervillain in the Marvel Comics universe. Dragonfly first appeared in X-Men #94-95 (August-October 1975), and was created by Chris Claremont and Len Wein. The character subsequently appears in X-Men #104 (April 1977), Quasar #14 (September 1990), #16 (November 1990), #20 (March 1991), Captain America #389-391 (August-September 1991), #412-413 (February-March 1993), and Thunderbolts #24-25 (March-April 1999). Dragonfly was originally a winged female member of the second group of Ani-Men. She and the other three Ani-Men were given their powers by scientists in the employ of the crimelord Count Nefaria. Dragonfly and the Ani-Men went up against the X-Men in their first appearance; this was her only outing alongside the Ani-Men. She was later abducted by the alien Stranger to his laboratory world, where she and other abductees were manipulated by the Overmind into battling Quasar.
