In January 2007 the album was certified gold in Canada, selling more than 50,000 copies there. It peaked #17 on Billboard 200. The Song "Blood (Empty Promises)" was featured on the Saw II soundtrack and "Getting Away with Murder" was featured in the end credits of The Chronicles of Riddick.
