Foxy is a Latin Dance/disco group formed in 1976 in Miami, Florida.
The group consisted of Ish "Angel" Ledesma (vocals, guitar) (born October 2, 1952, Cuba), Richard "Richie" Puente (percussion), Charlie Murciano (keyboards), Arnold Paseiro (bass guitar) and Joe Galdo (drums). Puente (who died on July 18, 2004 at age 51) was the son of the late famous bandleader, Tito Puente.

Their second album Hot Number was released the following year. The first single "Hot Number" peaked at #21 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #4 on the Soul chart in 1979.
