Bottom's Up is to be the third studio album by hip hop artist Obie Trice, and is set to be released at 2010. The album was originally to be released under Shady Records and Interscope Records with a hopeful Summer 2008 release date, but in June 2008 Trice departed from the label. As of now, the album is expected to release under Trice's own label, Black Market Ent. at 20010. The title of the album, Bottom's Up, was chosen as Obie Trice was keen to keep the alcohol related theme for his album titles. He had begun working on the album whilst in the process of releasing his second album, Second Round's on Me. As of 21 May 2007, Obie Trice told MTV that he was at the time "a few songs deep", and had by that point collaborated with just Daz Dillinger. He also stated that he'd like to get work done with Eminem, 50 Cent, Young Buck, Akon, Jazze Pha, and Devin the Dude.
