Christ the King Regional High School is a Catholic high school located in Middle Village, Queens, New York, USA. Often referred to as 'CK' among its students. It is located within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn.
This school is known for athletics, especially its basketball teams. They have at least one mythical national championship for women's basketball in 2005. Christ the King has produced well known basketball stars such as Lamar Odom, Sue Bird, Chamique Holdsclaw, Jayson Williams and Speedy Claxton. Christ the King offers a wide variety of sports including, bowling, cross country fall, handball, indoor track winter and soccer. The men only programs are baseball, ice hockey, football and outdoor track winter. The women only programs are softball, cheerleading, dance, swimming, tennis and volleyball. The CK Royal Step team is co-ed. Christ the King also has a fitness center.
