Lisa Andersen (born March 8, 1959 in Ormond Beach, Florida) is a four-time world surfing champion from the United States. She won four titles in a row from 1994 to 1997.
She won the US amateur surfing title in 1975 and turned professional the following year. From 1994 to 1997 she won successive women's world titles before injury forced her to stop competing. She returned to the sport in 2000. She has two children, Erica and Mason.

On 16 April 1993, at the Surf Classic in Sydney in Australia, Lisa Andersen donated her autographed handprints to assist Artists For Life endangered species awareness activities. Then on 6 April 2003 in Newcastle, Australia, she again donated her handprints. This time to assist world peace initiatives with 48 Hours Toward World Peace.
Andersen married Tim Shannon, an amateur surfer, on May 21, 2008.
