Philip Moon (born November 5, 1961) is an actor.
In 1994 Moon appeared in the PBS miniseries Tales of the City as the minor but notable character Lionel, the father of DeDe Halycon Day's illegitimate twins. He later played Keemo Volien Abbott, the son of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Luan Volien (Elizabeth Sung), in the American soap opera The Young and the Restless.
