"Nisei" is the ninth episode of the third season of television series The X-Files.
A group of Japanese men enter a train carriage and are conducting an autopsy when armed men surprise them and open fire. The scene was being recorded and transmitted via satellite. A mail order videotape of the recording, sold as an alien autopsy, blossoms into a much more complicated investigation when agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) find the distributor of the tape murdered in his own home apparently by a high-ranking Japanese diplomat. Mulder fails to turn in the diplomat's briefcase and this has a list of Mutual UFO Network members and satellite photographs of a ship, the Talapus. Scully investigates the MUFON group and discovers several women who claim to know her from her abduction experience. They have similar implants to Scully's and inform her that they are all dying. Meanwhile the diplomat is murdered by the mysterious Red Haired Man.
