IGLYO's objectives include combatting the discrimination and persecution of young LGBTQ youth, promoting and supporting the emancipation of LGBTQ youth, and surpporting partnerships, co-operation and joint strategies on national and regional level.
IGLYO organizes annual conferences and study sessions facilitating the capacity building of young activists on different themes. Such events are organized to contribute to promoting values of acceptance and non-discrimination, and for an increasing participation of young LGBTQ people in democratic decision-making processes.
