While Ziva tries to interrogate the suspect, Abby shows Gibbs what she found out, about the dead Marines call to 911 and the name of the suspect, who is also wanted by Homeland Security. Ducky meanwhile explains that the bullet fired is not in the body nor there is an exit wound. Without a bullet, NCIS can't match it to the gun.
