 A periodical publisher is a company or organization that publishes a magazine, newspaper, journal, or other periodical publication.  The person whose job on a periodical is "publisher" should not use this type; they can be added to a periodical in the "employees" property.  (Note: if a periodical is missing the employees property, you can add it by adding the type "employer" to the periodical.)
