Meanwhile, Carlos and Eugene are patrolling the streets, and suddenly, a city bus collides into their ambulance. As they get down, they realize there are many people hurt, among them a girl who looks confounded, but is quickly dismissed by Doc. As paramedic Eugene gets to the scene, Doc goes ballistic at him and physically assaults him. A man who was walking by claims he was hurt in the accident too, but Doc realizes he is lying. The man points at a seizing girl, who turns out to be the same one that Carlos had examined before.
