The album includes collaborations with some of the biggest names in music, including dance duo Groove Armada, popsinger George Michael, and Brit Award winner Amy Winehouse, whose duet with Mutya samples The Ronettes' "Be My Baby". A Cosmopolitan interview later revealed that the first single was "Real Girl", which was digitally released on the 14 May, and physically on 28 May 2007.
