She, as well as the other two brides, insisted on using Frankenstein's monster to bring their children to life, in which he was the only one that would be able to give their children immortality. Before the plan can come to fruition, however, the monster is buried under burning rubble.
One year later, Verona and the other brides battle Van Helsing, who kills Marishka. It is revealed that Dracula had tried to use Velkan and Anna's father to bring their children to life, but their vampiric children died soon after. Later on, Dracula and his remaining two brides discover that the monster survived; Verona later chases Van Helsing in hopes of recovering the monster to bring her children to life.
