Andy Williams (born Andrew Sebastian Williams, February 22, 1970) is the drummer and vocalist of Doves. He was born in Manchester, England, and he is also the twin brother of bandmate Jez. Andy Williams (born Andrew Sebastian Williams, February 22, 1970) is the drummer and vocalist of Doves. He was born in Manchester, England, and he is also the twin brother of bandmate Jez. Before their incarnation as Doves, the three members were a dance-club music trio called Sub Sub. He lives with his long-term partner Sara, and the couple have a daughter together, named Alice Ann Williams, born in September 2007. Andy and Sara got married on 15 August 2009. Doves' primary lead singer is bassist Jimi Goodwin, but all three members share vocal duties. Andy sings lead vocals on these songs: Andy plays the harmonica on "Here It Comes."
