Closer Than Veins is the third album by the Danish hip-hop group Outlandish, released in 2005. The album was critically acclaimed for its mature outlook and potent lyrics.
The lyrics to all tracks are written by Outlandish, except for "look Into My Eyes" that is principally written by Gihad Ali, and "Just Me","Una Palabra" and "Nothing Left To Do", which are principally written by Omar Shah.
