Due to the ongoing WGA Strike at the time, the official site for the show was removed from The CW's site sometime in December 2007. Later, The Futon Critic reported in mid-February that the series had officially been cancelled by The CW. The reason for the cancellation is not known, but is most likely due to the strike, and the fact that only one episode (the pilot) was created before the strike. The CW is now using Justin Hartley in a new CW project with a title to be announced.
