Public Security Section 9 topic

Public Security Section 9 is the first episode of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. It's a stand-alone episode not following the Laughing Man storyline. Major Kusanagi and Section 9 are called in to resolve a crisis at a Geisha house. Someone has hacked the android geisha and they have taken the customers hostage. There is an initial argument between the local police and the military regarding jurisdiction before Aramaki steps in and places Section 9 in charge of rescuing the hostages.... full article at wikipedia
