Surf punk is a sub-genre of punk rock that fuses surf rock and punk, respectively. Guitars and bass guitars with added reverb are blended with sometimes distorted, minimalist, and aggressive styles of music. An example of an artist of the genre is Agent Orange, who even covered the surf classic "Pipeline".
