Michael Dwaine Phillips (August 19, 1950 in Beaumont, Texas), is a former professional baseball player who played short stop in the Major Leagues from 1973-1983. He would play for the San Francisco Giants, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, San Diego Padres, and Montreal Expos.
