   Allow users to vote for data items and to rate the data items. In a vote, users would vote for a certain definition. Then someone closes the vote and the definition is fixed (for the next 4 years?). Rating would be an ongoing quantitifcation of the definitions. This will allow for consensus building, or for capturing the preference of the majority.    Perhaps certain topics would be flagged as being 'of raking type'.    The interesting part for data integration is that I can now refer to this data from the outside through the APIs knowing that this data is very appealing to end-users. I can think of scenarios to use the feature today.    The feature is appealing to a comunity of users. It's inherently a communal feature request.
