Stacken is an extracurricular computer society at KTH in Stockholm, Sweden. The society was founded in 1978, and uses an ex-terminal room as its place of residence. The society is open to both students and personnel at KTH, and has regular meetings on Thursday evenings.
Members of the society take part in many open source related projects, e.g. Kerberos, OpenSSL and OpenBSD, and is sponsored by several factions, including Sun Microsystems and Microsoft.
