I propose we remove the "offensive" flag. The original user has not given reasons why "San Francisco" is offensive. (Maybe they were just experimenting with the button to mark something as offensive?)
Agreed. Its not clear that we should have made the offensive flag visible yet, since it isn't yet being used anywhere to filter out content.
