Barbara Kelly

Dame Barbara Mary Kelly, DBE DL is the chairwoman of the Dumfries and Galloway Arts Festival. She was promoted from CBE to DBE in the June 2007 Birthday Honours List for "public service in Scotland". As well as heading the region's arts festival, she is also Convener of the Crichton Foundation.
