At 24/7 Ms. Renée Kuwahara is the Chief Operating Officer and leads operations across the diferent delivery centers in India and Guatemala. Renee plays a vital role in the transformation of the organization from an offshore player to a global service provider. Her key responsibilities are to enhance the capabilities, institute operational excellence and instill the drive to outperform across the different global delivery centers of the company. Renee’s openness to assimilate the business combined with her extensive experience of working in multiple geographies and the ability to map the business requirements based on the landscape, is an asset for 24/7 Customer as it increase its foothold, globally. Renée joined 24/7 Customer in May 2006 as Chief Delivery Officer–Americas, and set up the 24/7 Customer Guatemala center.
Renée has over 22 years experience in contact center and business process outsourcing. She has worked for more than 10 years at Convergys Corporation in a variety of positions, including Senior VP of Operations, where she had global operational responsibility for center business processes such as Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Training, Quality and Continuous Improvement.
Renée played many important roles at Convergys and contributed extensively to the Knowledge Management Analytics and Customer Satisfaction Business Unit and Convergys’ Finali acquisition in 2004 as well as holding the positions of President for both the Traditional Communications Business Unit and the DBS Business Unit. Early in her career she was instrumental in building the outsourced service operations for a major satellite provider.
Prior to Convergys, she worked at Fidelity Investments, holding Director and AVP level positions in the Salt Lake City and National Service Contact Center Operations. Renée also brings with her the experience of over 7 years at Electronic Data Systems in San Antonio, TX and Salt Lake City in IT business process outsourcing.
Renée holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, School of Business, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
