Ira Winkler, CISSP, is
President of the Internet Security Advisors Group and vice president of
marketing for the Information Systems Security Association. He is best
known for identifying common trends in the way information and computer
systems are compromised. He does this by performing espionage
simulations, where he physically and technically "breaks into" the
largest companies in the world (at their request) in order to assess
their security vulnerabilities. Winkler is an in-demand independent
security analyst and noted author of "Spies Among Us", "Corporate
Espionage" and "Through the Eyes of the Enemy". Winkler's career took
shape during his time with the National Security Agency where he served
as an intelligence and computer systems analyst. Mr. Winkler is also an
Information Systems Security Association Hall of Fame inductee.
