Perrone was appointed Vice President Finance and CFO for Omneon Video Networks in September 2003. Perrone brings over twenty years of senior financial management experience in high technology companies to Omneon.
Prior to Omneon, Perrone held CFO appointments at Icarian, a leading workforce management software and service provider (acquired by Workstream, Inc.) and Rendition, a developer of high-performance graphical processors (acquired by Micron Technology, Inc.). Prior to Rendition, Perrone was Vice President, Controller of Andor International, Ltd., a developer of IBM compatible peripheral products, Corporate Controller of ELXSI, the merger of publicly held Trilogy, Ltd and ELXSI, a scientific computer systems company and held managerial positions with Pitney Bowes/Dictaphone Corporation. Perrone holds a B. S. in Economics from the University of San Francisco.
