Chris is responsible for Compliance
and Treasury operations. His professional career spans 22 years in
leadership roles at Yahoo!, Unisys, Allstate and EF Hutton &
Company supporting both Finance and Information Technology functions
While at Yahoo!, Chris built the
international Treasury operations infrastructure and Compliance
infrastructure supporting 27 countries. He was responsible for all
electronic payments strategy, program management and acquisition
integration. Prior to Yahoo!, Chris led the Insurance consulting
practice at Unisys and was the Treasurer for the Allstate Savings Bank.
Chris coaches youth sports and supports fund raising for Downs Syndrome
research. He received a MBA from Kent State University, a BA from Iona
College and holds the Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation.
