David Satterfield, Director of Finance at OptiMedica, has more than twenty-five years experience in management-level financial positions for both public and private companies. Most recently, Mr. Satterfield served as Corporate Controller for Monolithic Power Systems, a semiconductor company that he assisted in completing its initial public offering in November 2004.
Prior to Monolithic Power Systems, Mr. Satterfield served as Corporate Controller and acting Chief Financial Officer for Alliance Semiconductor, a publicly traded company. He also participated in two mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experiences in SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Okley compliance. Mr. Satterfield holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University.
