Explicit primary releases for albums

During the original MusicBrainz data import, one release of each album was chosen to be the album. This was done to save primitives in the database, and that rationale no longer holds. In this operation, explicit primary releases were created for each album, sharing the exact same track listing, and the MusicBrainz identifiers were moved to the newly-created releases.
