When a group is prevented from coming to their own Bracebridge dinner at the inn by a blizzard, Lorelai decides not to let all her and Sookie's painstaking efforts to prepar an old English-style dinner go to waste, and so she holds the dinner and instead invites all her friends. There are even sleigh rides arranged with two to a sleigh, and while Lorelai goes with Luke, Dean has to go with his younger sister, leaving Rory to ride alone, until Jess jumps into her sleigh. He criticizes her and Dean's relationship, now that the rivalry between him and Dean is mounting after a fight at school.
