Horatio suspects something is amiss and has Jennifer Wilson, whose parents were killed by Walter Resden, many years back when she was still a little girl, picked up. Alexx concludes the man was killed elsewhere and dumped here. He is later identified as a federal employee Oscar Vega. A key in found in Vega's mouth. In another case they discover a double murder of a couple and Horatio suspects that his old enemy Resden from New York has struck again. He contacts Jennifer and warns her to stay at the police station for safety. Ryan and Calleigh find several files containing murder cases that lead to Resden. Horatio finds the address to which the key belongs to and finds John Massry who turns out to be Resden's foster...
