Horatio and Tripp are investigating the scene of a homicide in Coconut Grove, noting that the victim is Jay Fisher, a known jeweler and suspected drug-dealer and the house belongs to him. The police were called to the scene when neighbours heard gunshots. Suddenly, the skylight above the victim cracks and a man falls onto the victim. The man gets up with Horatio and Tripp with their guns drawn. The man, Johnny Nixon is arrested and is questioned outside. Nixon tells them that he was at the house to purchase marijuana and he was upstairs where he heard two men arguing and gunshots where he went out the window. When Johnny is about to be taken away, he reveals that one of the CSIs is a customer of his. Johnny indicates that it is Delko, and he even has Delko's personal cell number on his cell to prove it.
