The plot begins at a wild partying scene in a Miami nightclub. Later Horatio and Frank find out that a young female tourist Sarah Jennings had gone missing at the nightclub but her car was left behind. Brad, a guy Sarah made out with before her disappearance, tells Ryan that "a stalker guy" had been watching them and kept on screaming for her to get out of the car. DNA evidence proves that Brad did not kill her.
