John Barbour (born 24 April 1933 in Toronto, Canada) is an actor, comedian, and television host, known as one of the hosts of the reality television series Real People. He won an award in 1992 for his documentary on the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

He is perhaps best known for creating and appearing in the hit 1970s TV show Real People. He also hosted the pilot for the The Gong Show in the mid 70s, and was a regular panelist on the 1988 Canadian(US syndicated) version of Liar's Club.
