"The Other "L" Word" is the 124th episode of the television series Third Watch and the 13th episode of the 6th season. While dealing with the radiation terrorist, the 55 Squad has to be evacuated, and a doctor finds something unusual about Maritza Cruz's health. Grace and Carlos get a call from the 55 Squad, and when they enter the building, their radiation controller goes ballistic. When they go to examine their patient, they find that half his teeth have fallen, and he is spitting blood, and they soon discover that he has a radiation source attached to his body. The building is evacuated, but Cruz, Carlos, Rice and Grace stay in quarantine. Grace insists they take the terrorist to the hospital, as he is their patient, but while they are taking him, he dies.
